原标题：擅自盗伐4棵杨树男子被判缓刑还要补种树木20株9月8日，山西晚报记者从五台县人民法院获悉，法院审结一起盗伐林木案，被告人郑某依法被判处有期徒刑六个月，缓刑一年，并处罚金2000元，同时判决郑某补种树木20株。2021年9月，郑某在租赁五台县沟南乡某村左某承包地期间，在未经林业行政主管部门批准，未办理林木采伐许可证，未告知左某及其家人的情况下，擅自使用油锯盗伐左某耕地里的4棵杨树。经鉴定，被盗伐林木的立木蓄积量为2.19立方米。五台县人民检察院审查案件后，在对郑某提起公诉的同时，以公益诉讼原告的名义提起刑事附带民事诉讼，请求法院判决郑某补种树木20株。五台县人民法院经审理认为，被告人郑某以非法占有为目的，违反森林法规定，擅自盗伐他人所有的树木，数量较大，其行为构成盗伐林木罪。被告人郑某在犯罪以后，自动向公安机关投案，如实供述自己的罪行，系自首，依法予以从轻处罚。
